Processing & privacy.

This toolkit stores your project long enough to finish the task and download the result.

What stays in this project

Uploaded files, processed outputs, subtitle edits and job metadata are stored in this application's own media directory and SQLite database. Private files are outside the public static directory. Your browser session owns access to the project and its download links.

Where processing happens

Resize, compression, subtitle rendering, conversion and audio filtering run in the server’s Docker worker. Speech recognition uses the configured local English model. Subtitle translation sends cue text, the selected language and any glossary to DeepSeek. Translation is an AI draft and should be reviewed before use.

No remote platform URL downloader is enabled. Uploaded files are not automatically published, sent to social platforms, or shared with other projects.

Retention and deletion

Files expire 24 hours after project creation. The worker cleans up expired projects. You can delete a project earlier on the Projects page; deletion removes its source and result files. Download the versions you want to keep before expiry.

Access belongs to this browser session, not an account. If you clear the session cookie, you lose the ability to return to that project. Public samples are original generated fixtures provided to demonstrate the tools.

Limits before you upload

Upload media you own or have permission to process. Media is limited to 100 MB, five minutes, and 8.3 million pixels. Subtitle files must be UTF-8 SRT/VTT and no larger than 200 KB. Damaged, unsupported or oversized files may be rejected.

Service configuration

Processing runs on the configured server. This toolkit has no advertising, payment checkout or public sharing feature. Provider availability and file retention follow the server configuration.
